Our client is a global strategic event management agency offering Event Management, Event Production, Incentives, Reward and Recognition and Digital, Graphic and Event Design.

The agency boasts an impressive portfolio of loyal clients (the majority being corporate) and your role will be to manage and maximise these client accounts ensuring that clients are using the full suite of services across the business and its partner businesses.

Your role as Events Assistant will see you supporting the Business Leader to inspire your audience, to stimulate their hearts and minds and drive them to achieve your business goals. Our client connects to the audience by creating engaging innovative events, compelling incentive programs and exciting branding and communications.


Your role will be divided into the following sections:

  • Event Management – 40%
  • Communications – 30%
  • Training – 30%

  • Event Management Skills:
    • Competent usage of systems.
    • Know how to use Microsoft Office.
    • Understand and use all company templates and procedures.
    • To manage necessary components of client programs as required and work onsite as required.

    • Be aware of the financial position of the business ie company/team targets and contribution to margin.
    • Reconciling of your own components of an event.
    • Timesheets completed by the end of each month.
  • Customer service skills:
    • Provides outstanding professional service by exceeding all client expectations.
    • Acts with honesty and integrity to create high trust relationships with team and all delegates.
    • Maintains a high-level team spirit, commitment and enthusiasm.
    • To be hard working, time efficient, show initiative and diligence.
    • To be proactive, not reactive.
    • To take full responsibility for the programs/components allocated to you.
    • To dress appropriately ie. In the office and on company business (supplier meetings, industry functions, site inspections, conferences etc)
  • Analytical skills:
    • Shows development of analytical skills
    •  Probes for further information or greater understanding of a problem.


This role would suit: Event Project Executive, Junior Project Manager, Project Executive, Event Executive.
