We are currently seeking a Delegate Manager to work as part of the busy Logistics team.

The role:

Part of the Healthcare Logistics Team, you will work for a key pharmaceutical client.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delegate management in the pharmaceutical sector, including use of registration systems and ideally specific experience of Clinical events - Investigator Meetings, Advisory Boards etc.

The Delegate Manager is a linchpin role supporting the Project Manager and designated team, ensuring a flawless delegate experience from initial engagement through on-site to post production consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in venue search, evaluate venues and proposals with the support of the Project Manager and complete proposals and budgets for client submission
  • Efficiently and successfully organise and co-ordinate the logistics and administration of all registration, travel and accommodation requirements
  • Respond to enquiries, both from internal and external personnel via email and phone
  • Collaboratively work with venue and other suppliers/providers, both pre and during the conference/event, in support of a flawless delegate experience.
  • Continuously provide high quality on-site support
  • Produce, review, monitor, update and action all event related documentation, ensuring that appropriate records are maintained and filed correctly.

  • Experience in registration systems (Events Pro / Certain preferred)
